Steep one sachet in 200mL of hot water (90–95°C) for 3–5 minutes. Drink warm. Can be enjoyed plain or with a small amount of honey. Best taken 30 minutes after dinner or before bed.

One sachet per day is sufficient for daily wellness maintenance.
